Job Description
TCS’ Management Hiring initiative is exclusively for management graduates graduating in FY 2025. This program aims to build a strong foundation for a remarkable career and is open for candidates across India.
Eligibility Criteria
Courses and Disciplines
- Two-year full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM course from a recognized university.
- Specializations: Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, IT, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related fields.
Academic Requirements
- Minimum Marks: 60% or above in Class 10th, Class 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
- Batch: Year of Passing (YoP) 2025.
- Backlogs: Only one backlog is permitted. All pending backlogs must be cleared within the course duration.
Additional Criteria
- Education Gap: Gaps in education should not exceed 24 months. Relevant proof is required.
- Course Type: Only full-time courses are considered. Part-time or correspondence courses are not eligible.
- Work Experience: Candidates with up to 2 years of part-time or full-time work experience are eligible and must provide proof.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old during the selection process.

- Register and Apply for TCS MBA Hiring:
- Scenario A: If already registered, log in and complete the application form. Click on “Apply For Drive.”
- Scenario B: For new users, click on “Register Now,” select category as “IT,” and fill in the details. Submit the application form and click on “Apply For Drive.”
- Select Remote Mode of Test and click “Apply.”
- Confirm your status by checking “Track Your Application,” which should reflect as “Applied for Drive.”
