Position Overview
Revolut is seeking a talented and motivated Support Specialist to join our Customer Support Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-class support to our global customers. Your focus will be on delivering fast, effective, and high-quality solutions to users while maintaining compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through live chat, phone, and email channels.
- Resolve customer queries quickly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Work to maintain high KPIs such as first contact resolution and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate
Experience:
- Fluency in English (C1 level or higher).
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to solve problems and think critically in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
