Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Handle 200-250 customer calls per day.
- Resolve customer queries and issues.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Work in a distraction-free environment.
Requirements:
- Own laptop or personal computer.
- Reliable and fast broadband internet connection.
- Adequate power backup.
- Technical stability.
Compensation:
- Training stipend: Rs. 150.
- Daily stipend: Rs. 300.
