This role is part of a team responsible for enabling automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. The team supports Amazon Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams by providing data auditing services, both real-time and offline, including image and video audits. One of the key contributions of the team is to maintain inventory accuracy across fulfillment centers.

As an Associate, you will be tasked with watching videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, analyzing the actions with a high degree of attention, and using human judgment combined with tools to identify and mark the correct product locations. This is an operational role requiring precision and speed in performing video/image audits, contributing to maintaining high stow quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video/Image Auditing: Watch multiple videos per shift, providing responses by adhering to goals related to accuracy and speed.
2. Attention to Detail: Identify details from blurry or unclear videos and provide accurate responses.
3. Target-Based Work: Meet incremental targets related to productivity and quality.
4. Work Environment: Maintain a dedicated workspace at home, with no access to work-related data by anyone other than yourself.
5. Team Collaboration: Work as part of a remote team while maintaining a focus on individual performance.

Job Requirements:

• Work from Home Setup: Ensure a dedicated workspace, including a proper table, chair, and sufficient lighting.
• Laptop Camera: Willingness to turn on the camera during virtual meetings.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts when necessary. Associates working night shifts will receive allowances.
• Contract Duration: This role is a contract position for 6 months.

About the Team:

The Data Auditing Operations team ensures that human audits support the hands-free stowing process at Amazon Fulfillment Centers. You will review short videos (15-20 seconds) to audit stowing actions, marking product locations and maintaining quality standards. The role helps improve the efficiency of the automated process used to manage inventory.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift that includes weekends, nights, or holidays.

Additional Information:

• Work Environment: 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
• Weekly Offs: Rotational days off, two consecutive days off.
• Night Shift Allowance: Available for night shift workers according to Amazon’s policy.
